1. Before the Hotel Booking:

Q. What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?

A. The standard check-in time is after 12:00 Noon and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

Q. Can I make a hotel booking over the phone?

A. Yes. Please call our Front Desk and give the details, we will note down the details and do the needful booking over phone.

Q. Can I book more than three adults in one room?

A. If you any query, check directly with your hotel for their extra-guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed in the room you have booked.

Q. How can I make group travel booking?

A. Please send us your group travel request to our front desk we will connect with you within 24 hours. Please include the details of your travel like the number of adults and children

Q. Will there be any additional charges for our children staying with us in the same hotel room?

A. While searching for hotels, select the number of children travelling with you in the drop-down box. If you want an extra bed in the room for your child, please inform to our front desk, they will arrange for extra bed at additional charges as applicable.

2. While Booking the Hotel:

Q. What are the different modes of payment?

A. For online bookings we accept all Debit and Credit Cards, We also have Net Banking payment option from Major Banks.

Q. Is it possible to make online booking payments through account transfer?

A. Yes. You can confirm your hotel bookings by paying the amount through account transfer option.

Q. After completing the payment process, I haven’t received any confirmation email from Shrinidhi Residency. My money got deducted as well. What should I do?

A. This might happen due to slow internet connection or while making the payment through net banking option. Please to over front desk (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 am till 07:00 pm) and explain about the problem. For us to serve you faster and better, kindly mention the bank’s name, the amount deducted, e-coupon number used (if any) and mode of transaction. If the booking is incomplete, the entire deducted amount will be refunded back to your account within 3 to 5 working days. If the booking is completed, we will email you your hotel confirmation voucher.

3. After Booking the Hotel:

Q. I have made a hotel room booking. What happens next?

A. Once the hotel room booking and payment process is completed, we will send across a confirmation email (on the email address you have registered while making the booking). Please take a print out of the confirmed hotel voucher and present it at the hotel counter during the check-in.

Q. How do I know if my hotel booking was successful?

A. After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please take a print out of the confirmed hotel voucher and present it at the hotel counter during the check-in.

Q. Do I need to show any documents to check-in at the hotel?

A. It is mandatory to show your government approved valid ID proof while checking-in at the hotel. The valid IDs accepted at the hotel are Driving License, Voters ID, Passport. Pan Cards is not accepted as valid ID proof. For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

Q. Can I do early/late check-in/out at the hotel?

A. The standard check-in/out time in hotels is 11AM. Depending on the availability of the rooms, we can allow early check-in or late check-out. In some cases, the hotel may charge extra for early check-in or late check-out. For further queries please discuss with our Front Desk.

Q. Which ID proofs are accepted by the hotels during check-in?

A. For Indian citizens, government approved identity proofs like Voter ID card, driving license, or even passport can be used as valid ID proof. For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

Q. I’ve mentioned wrong email id while making the booking and thus haven’t received the hotel confirmation vouchers yet. What should I do?

A. In this case, please call our Front Desk Monday to Sunday from 09:00 am till 07:00 pm)or email us

Q. How do I give feedback on the hotel?

A. We will be more than happy to get your feedback on your hotel package. Kindly email us and share your valuable feedback with us.

Q. Will the hotel hold my room if I’m checking-in late?

A. Since you have a confirmed hotel reservation, the hotel will hold your room until evening of your scheduled arrival date.

4. Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds:

Q. I want to change/amend my hotel booking?

A. Upon calling the front desk, the hotel canmake changes and your request.

Q. I didn’t check-in at the hotel at all, will I get a refund?

A. You will not be entitled to a refund ad you will be considered as a ‘no-show’ by the hotel.

Q. I want to cancel my hotel booking, when is the latest I can do this by?

A. We strongly recommend that you check the hotel’s booking policy mentioned on the booking page while making your reservation. However, you cannot cancel your hotel booking on the day that you are scheduled to check-in at the hotel.

Q. What are the hotel room cancellation charges?

A. The hotel room cancellation charges depend on your selected hotel type, room, time of stay (off-season, peak season) and the time of cancellation. Please check your hotel’s booking policy on the booking page to know more.

Q. How can I cancel my confirmed hotel booking?

A. For cancellations, please call our front desk (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 am till 07:00 pm) or drop us an email. Please cancellation charges applicable as per cancellation policy.

Q. How soon will I get my refund after the cancellation?

A. The refund amount will at least take 7 to 10 working days to show in your account. Please note that your bank may debit separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Q. I still haven’t received my refund amount.

A. We apologize for the delay. We request you to call our front desk (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 am till 07:00 pm) or drop us an email and we will get back to you soon.

Q. How can I get my money back after cancelling my confirmed hotel booking?

A. Once the booking is cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to your account (the same account from which the booking was made).
