Wake-up call is an in-house telephone call to a sleeping guest at a specific time towake him up, predetermined by the guest. It is generally done in the morning but a guest may require any time of the day. The same can be arranged upon request to the front desk reception.
We have 24 hours Front Desk service for our clients. If you need any help or got problem during your stay, you can ask to the counter of the hotel and the staffs will solve it at once. We request our guests to connect to our front desk representative for getting room services, and our team members willbereadyavailable to assist
We offer laundry services to the Guests for washing and ironing their clothes. Our laundry service can clean and return a shirt in few hours, depending on the weather conditions. The guests must provide their laundry clothes to the Housekeeping in theseparate laundry bag,which are provided in the room, along with thefilled list by the guest.
Guests expect a clean, comfortable place to stay. When guests go out during the day, while return they expect a clean room with a washed covers and a freshly-made bed. At Shrinidhi Residency we ensure daily housekeeping to all of our Guests Rooms. We discovered Guests enjoy housekeeping services and have varying levels of comfort with someone entering their rooms after they have checked in with extra towels or amenities.
We offer our guests with doctor on call services. We can call a doctor on request even at night in case any of the guests suffers from any medical complications. If guest requires hospitalization, then an ambulance can be called, or alternatively a hotel vehicle may be offered depending upon the situation / condition of the guest. Guests have to bear the complete expenses for the above facilities.
